MONIQUE’S STORY

Monique’s father used to cycle with some friends, just for fun. And every time when he got home, Monique wanted to ride his bike in the garage. But one day, when he and his friends gathered to come in for a drink, Monique saw that the two sons of one of her father’s friend cycled along as well and they were here age. That’s when she decided that she wanted to start cycling as well.

After Monique won her first race, she wanted more and so she started training to become better and stronger. She loves sprinting, typical Dutch windy races and spring classics.
