MIEKE’S STORY

Mieke Docx started cycling at the age of 17. She caught the cycling bug through cyclocross. First by watching it on tv, later by experiencing it live. She has only been a cyclist for three years now, so she still has to discover her specialities. She does already have the weight for climbing though, and a character to never give up.

“Becoming a cyclist at Lares-Waowdeals offers me a nice opportunity to develop myself and to learn from the more experienced cyclists. I’m really happy with this opportunity and I want to prove that I belong in this team and put in all the effort I can.”, says Mieke.
