ABOUT
THE RACE

On May 14th, our team will participate in the 8th edition of Dwars door de Westhoek, an organization of the Royal Cyclingclub de Sasspurters vzw. The race, which starts and finishes in Boezinge, is 131,23 km long. First, the peloton will leave Boezinge to ride towards the Rodeberg, a 2000m long hill with an average gradient of a little over 4,5% and a maximal incline of 16%. The riders will have to conquer this hill three times with 15 km between each climb.

After this, they’ll return towards Boezinge on some hilly roads with a lot of open space where the wind might play an important role. After 95,8 km, the riders will reach the town of Boezinge, where there are three local laps of 11,8 km left.
